Returns & Exchange Policy
I know sometimes your item might not be right, or it may not fit how you hoped. So don't worry! I'm now accepting refunds & exchanges.
You are able to return or exchange them within 14 days (after receiving your order)
You will be fully refunded for the price of the item(s) you purchased. Postage is covered by the customer, however see below should you wish to exchange!
If your item is faulty, please email me upon receiving it. You will be refunded the full amount along with postage if you receive an item with faults or not as described.
Whilst the return postage cost is covered by the customer, if you are opting to exchange your item(s) for another size - i'll happily cover the cost of sending you the new item.
Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after receipt, if your desired item is in stock then an exchange will be organised. If it's not currently in stock, then you'll be issued a full refund for the amount of your original item (once returned)
Please only return your unwanted items if they're the following: In a resalable condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags remaining intact.
It's simple! all you need to do is

2. I'll get back to you with the return address
3. Send your item tracked (I cannot provide a return or exchange for items that are lost)
4. Once I receive the item(s) I will confirm whether the return has been accepted and issue the refund or exchange.
